Rebirth Revelation by Unknown Mentalist

Whether you believe in the concept of rebirth or not, you will surely enjoy performing this effect. It is quick, visual, self working and very impactful.

You can choose to perform this as a serious rebirth themed routine or you can choose to perform this in a humorous way, depending on the kind of audience you are performing this for. Your participant just needs to have a phone with google on it.

The performer shows a single envelope which he says contains the picture of a person who has taken a rebirth from a previous life. The performer then shows 6 picture cards of persons who have been dead for a long time. The goal is to find which of these 6 persons has taken rebirth as the person in the envelope. A participant, using his intuition, freely chooses any one of the cards. And to the utter surprise of the participant, the performer shows that the freely chosen person was reborn as the person in the envelope. The verification is done by the participant himself using google on his phone.

There is another variation explained where a participant freely chooses from a list of two dozen names of persons and the chosen name is shown as the reincarnation of the dead person whose picture is in the envelope.

This is based on a well-known principle in the 'relevant circles' but used in a mentalism routine for the first time.
